The latin phrase : Casu Consulto

means, in English:

Accidentally, on purpose.

So, is that possible, really? Subconsciously?

Can you cause an accident, on purpose, by not actively preventing something to happen?

Or - is your lack of preventing the event actually purposeful?

What about unprotected sex? If you don't use protection, and you weren't raped - are the results really an accident?

So, can pregnancy be an accident, if you know that sex can result in pregnancy?

Let's look at the definition of the word ACCIDENT

ACCIDENT:

An unexpected and undesirable event, especially one resulting in damage or harm: car accidents on icy roads.
An unforeseen incident: A series of happy accidents led to his promotion.
An instance of involuntary urination or defecation in one's clothing.
Lack of intention; chance: ran into an old friend by accident.

As you can see from the above definition , a major component of an accident seems to be - UNEXPECTED, UNDESIRABLE, UNFORESEEN, LACK OF INTENTION

Based on the definition, if you do not expect or intend something to happen, then it is an accident. So, while you are having unprotected sex, or driving extremely fast on icy roads, the results are still an accident if you don't THINK that something bad is going to happen.

If an accident is something that you didn't intend to happen, that would suggest that something could not be accidentally, on purpose. ~ as in the Latin phrase that we are discussing: Casu Consulto

Although it may not be possible, it's still interesting.
